What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we collect:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • how you’d like us to contact you
  • the area of study you’re interested in
  • how you heard about us
  • your message

During a consultation, we may also note information you choose to share about your education, work experience, goals and circumstances. We don’t ask for your Social Insurance Number or banking details.

Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, in server logs to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

  • to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
  • to give you the support you’ve asked for
  • to keep a record of the help we’ve provided

We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Your consent

By sending the form, you agree to us using your information as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We’ll then stop contacting you and delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle email:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website
  • Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox
  • Google (Gmail), which hosts our inbox

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
